$0.35 for Mr. Noodle soup!!
It's funny, whenever I tell a story or an event to Spoke he says "Hey, that would make a great blog entry", haha, I guess i am just not that avid of a blogger yet. But anyways, today I had one of my 35 cent bowls of Mr. Noodle. I went shopping yesterday, and I bought ten packets, or whatever you call them, of Mr. Noodle soup, for a whomping total of $3.50. So I thought, wow, if went to the Cousins ten times a row for lunch it would cost me about $100 plus for those ten meals, but eating at home, with my deal sniffing savings, my lunch costs approximatley $1.00, which consists of Mr. Noodle soup, Ice Tea (came from a pitcher of ice tea crystals which maybe cost $4 dollars for the big cannister which can make about 10 pitchers of ice tea), and a sandwich. So I figured I saved about $90 on lunch time meals. Spoke asked what I was going to do with the $90 bucks, I think I will spend it on going to the movies...... I've seen Potter twice, and Narnia comes out on the ninth, with gas and food, i should be able to watch Narnia twice and get my $90 worth.
If you are going to rush out and buy Mr. Noodle, I suggest trying the spicy beef, or curry chicken, mmmmmm.....

I think Mr. Noodle should try a few new flavours... Scezhuan Pork Stomach, Mandarin Orange Crab, Banana Sea Bass...the possibilities are endless! Raspberry Veal, Carmelized Northern Cod...I find "Chicken","Beef","Pork" kind of generic. The curry sounds nice.
HEY!! What about a Gourmet line of quickie soups???
Hey, I finally got around to blogging again so I thought I should pop by. I remember the Mr. Noodle days... When I was single and living with a bunch of guys I ate a LOT of noodles. Then one day right in the middle of my Mr. Noodle lunch, my body completely revolted and I couldn't take another bite! If I had I would have chucked it all back up... it was weird, but I couldn't eat noodles for like 5 years after that.
Soooooo... I guess all I'm saying is pace yourself man, pace yourself...

I had a noodle based diet in college too! Mom would buy me a 20lb box of dry pasta and it would last me a whole semester.. had to borrow butter, salt or ketchup from the roomates, but it was free so yay!
And please tell me there is at least one vegetable in the sandwich.. those like green freeze-dried flecks of "Onion" in the Mr. Noodle sesasoning pack don't count as veggies!
